I had newly decorated room here with en suite toilet. There were tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator too.

Beautiful location to the beautiful garden around the property, classic style building. Based just next door to an excellent local pub which called “ the lion, bus stop next to Four Ashes pub and others 5 by foot and the airport and The Lion and Lamb pub. Large room plus a kettle and a toaster. A wide array of brilliant options for meal.

Excellent staff, silent quadruple room. Good bed and very comfortable facilities. Easy check-in, parking onsite. Not to mention fast wifi! Unbeatable, magnificent location adjacent to lovely restaurants, Close to the airport and the centre. Also, on a taxi for transport.

Was a handy base for business trip. Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, fabulous food, gorgeous views. Our room was reasonably large and offered a kettle and a toaster.

Big size room with 3 single beds, has free Wi-Fi. The staff is being very welcoming and pleasant. It offers excellent service. The location of the venue is great and unbeatable, not far from the beautiful garden and the airport and The Lion and Lamb pub.

All in all - had a good 1 night stay. I had newly decorated room complete with the bedroom, the fridge, as example. I were offered outstanding coffee, milk, croissants, toast, and butter. The location was ideal and peaceful for exploring this fairly quiet area, right by The Lion and Lamb pub, directly besides the road and a taxi for transport. Also, Hatfield Forest Lake was 4 km away.

Particularly good location, next to a bus stop, exactly where we wanted to be. Also, it was next to pubs and restaurants.

Pleasant staff, lovely views of the garden, everything is really good. The location is in an unbeatable and good spot close to excellent Italian restaurant. Also it is so close to the airport and The Lion and Lamb pub, the taxi, and The Lion and Lamb pub. They serve excellent food, have variety of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at White House Bed & Breakfast for a short trip near Stansted Airport. The owners, Michael and Linda, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy, character-filled atmosphere. The self-service breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, and the option to park at the hotel for a small fee was convenient. I also enjoyed dining at the pub owned by the same couple. The overall experience felt like staying with family, and I will definitely be returning.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

Had really enjoyable experience, overall lovely little and simply stunning place.

The room they gave us was newly decorated and large with the fridge and bedroom plus 3 single beds. It was based in very lovely building in a comfortable location, on a taxi for transport.

The room had little choices for breakfast in a mini fridge which helped us massively before our early flight.

There was a bit of a irritating noise from the kettle every 10-15 mins that made it hard to sleep

the white house bed & breakfast in takeley exceeded my expectations during this long stay. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of food including fresh fruit and yogurt. the room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. highly recommended!
